Agreed. I wasn't going to join, but i have heard absolutely nothing from BA since the second email promising credit checking and further help. Then getting delayed due to an IT crash on Friday pushed me over the edge.

Nothing will change until something hits the bottom line and i have to wonder what else they are scrimping on.
