Thats really sounds like pretty smooth sailing and I am relieved to know showing up shortly after 6Am for the 8AM departure is plenty of time.
The T3 star alliance Gold and/or business class fast track is really very decent so I was concerned without these features at T2 it would not be pleasent.
I've turned up at 06:55 for the 08:00 flight no problem. As mentioned previously, if you are on the 8am departure, T2 will be completely empty at that time. The only other departing flight is RJ that goes about an hour earlier. There will be no-one at immigration or either of the main security checks, just a queue for the gate one.
