With the exception of breakfast, the Express service appears exactly the same as Band 1. I’m still trying to work out what choices there are - I’ve had a choice of 3 dishes on lunch service, but only 2 on dinner service. There is a choice at brunch and afternoon tea - I’ve not done a breakfast flight yet.
