OK, so it sucks that I crashed. But this is in May and I'm still not done with it.

The sticking point is the damage report. Europcar won't issue it.

I'm pursuing a Cardholder Does Not Recognize claim against them. Citi is not the easiest issuer to raise a chargeback request with (they are another issuer who've switched off their fax machine), and they've taken a lot of my time on calls during working hours.

I can't have Mastercard's insurance carrier AIG HK directly pursue Europcar, unlike in the US.

If the Cardholder Does Not Recognize chargeback fails, what's my next step?

And is getting damage reports this hard everywhere? Or is Europcar France just fxcking around in this specific case?
