Have a trip booked from JFK to LHR before I qualified for platinum (OW sapphire) on AA, In spite of contacting AA, BA and the OW desk (via AA) there seems to be no way that BA will recognize my sapphire status and enable me to pre-select my seat. Anyone else experienced this and any advice whom to contact next?
