My experience has been that the WGA fares can be higher when WN 'opens up' the schedule and then sometimes drops from there.

I have seen it twice now. The first time, it was Thanksgiving fares and I was shocked at a BNA to CLE RT of over $500. Its now below $400. I went with Delta.

When the schedule opened up for March, the spring break dates (Saturdays) were sky high on most routes. They have since come back to earth.

But those were all WGA fares.
