This is just dirty pool on KLM’s part. I can’t imaging DL sustaining this relationship indefinitely if that happens with any frequency. Maybe they winked the eye for so long that KLM employees have become emboldened to the point it’s becoming routine.
Time for them to drop the hammer on these practices, and enforce a zero-tolerance policy.
