I am one who cannot book Starwood thanks to the leading -0- issue. I have 3 leading -0-s. It isn't an issue of the system lopping off the 0. I've tried logging in with 6 digits and it automatically adds in the 000, then tells me that it doesn't recognize the number. Marriott (Starwood) now knows this is an issue but has no timetable for resolution.

I assume that's from Marriott instead of converted Starwood number. Must have been from mid 80s. ^
