There's a Hyatt Regency a couple blocks away. Closer to the Star Ferry terminal there's the Peninsula, the YMCA hotel, IC and a Latham IIRC, plus one at the top of the historic shopping area, maybe called something like the 1812 which looks interesting. On top of the express train station there's a W and a RC (very high floors only), both with very high swimming pools.
