AA - ZRH to LGA Nov 16 - 19th $297 BE, $401 Main
Use Google Flights. Confirmed bookable on AA. Spend Saturday to Sunday in Boston, plus time to see Philadelphia. Each of the 5 segments cost more than combined as it falls into the US Thanksgiving "gouge the customer" window. 767's are older planes going over the pond. Best to use a systemwide upgrade to get the lie down seat.

Also to Chicago for a few dollars more. Saturday stay required to either destination.
