We are thinking about staying at Park Hyatt in DC rather than our currently booked Hyatt Regency and our previously booked Grand Hyatt.

We need to block two rooms and we'd be using points for the entire 5-day stay.

Since it's far removed from DC attractions and we don't want to rent a car, I wanted to know how difficult the Sedan service is to use. We used this service at the Andaz in Maui but there seem to be time restrictions on this one. Are there any options better than the Park Hyatt? Is this a one-way where you have to find your way back to the hotel after they drop you off somewhere or can you call them from wherever you are to request a pick-up?
