How do you find out the "0" number glitch? It sounds the system automatically lopped off the 0, making the total number of the digits not match a check value used to validate the membership number... A mistake caused by sloppy programming.
I am one who cannot book Starwood thanks to the leading -0- issue. I have 3 leading -0-s. It isn't an issue of the system lopping off the 0. I've tried logging in with 6 digits and it automatically adds in the 000, then tells me that it doesn't recognize the number. Marriott (Starwood) now knows this is an issue but has no timetable for resolution.
