I was successful in getting 60k and bonus 15k converted to 25k miles to AA in one business day a week ago. They posted a couple of miles short but were in account. The transfer was initiated on Sunday and checked Monday afternoon for activity when I noticed them. No confirmation emails from either side, just the pop up at initiation. YMMV, but I wish you luck.
