Exactly. This property gets tepid reviews, at best. Had I known there was no lounge, I would have booked elsewhere. Unfortunately, I booked a non-refundable rate.
There are still plenty of very nice (and larger) AirBNB's available for my trip at less than what I paid. I am tempted to try for a refund.

Anyone have experiences with an early check-in? Right now, that will make a big difference to me.
