I'll be there again first weekend of November so I'll give a full report on the new Platinum treatment. Last time I was there they told me they were reviewing the Platinum benefits and looking at how they could improve them. I'll evaluate the daytime offering in the lounge and see if they're worth the 1000 points we're giving up for breakfast (which is definitely worth the 1000 points even for a short stay on my own).

When the Platinum drinks move downstairs for like weddings and that I was always disappointed because the cold cuts seemed a bit boring compared to the three little canapés but let's see what is put out now in Bamboo Chic. I hope that there's not a wedding on the Saturday I'm there...
