Not sure if bad training has anything to do with upgrading a Gold card holder to a suite when you, mon cher [MENTION=225231]Goldorak[/MENTION] as a long term plat card holder, needed to ask for an upgrade from a Superior to a Delux room. Either way, bad service indeed. I thought this was automated in their system...

I was thinking if the upgrades were as following done by the hotel:

1) GO (GoldOrak) got the last Superior to Delux upgrade available (still should not have to "ask" for it)
2) GO’s traveller partner arriving later got Superior to Suite as available "upgrade" delux had all gone.

still, the hotel was very aware of a plat arriving but could be first come first serve as default... (still confused about the ask for an upgrade though which I think is the worst - I hate asking for it)
