Not sure about the terms but if you do that too often with too much $ per month you could get unwanted attention (from Chase and maybe for suspected money laundering).
just buy Amazon GC save the Visa fees and be done with it. They are not money equivalent so should be no problem ( and $500 in Visa isn’t either) as that is typical customer behavior
