Premier Hotels and Resorts in all the cities where we stayed (Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkov, Odessa).
I really liked the service. No problems with children, no problems with hotel rooms. Good food.
I recommend these hotels to those who will travel around Ukraine.

I would never recommend choosing Premier Palace over Hyatt Regency or Hilton for that matter. Especially with children. Dreadful public areas and decor and let's just say that you'd need a penicillin bath after that "famous" pool of theirs (even though I am skewed out by most public pools, but this one is notorious with the city's "elite" and their entertainment choices, if you know what I mean).
