I would like to agree "that most system glitches have been fixed", and I thought they were, too. However, for the past 3 days I have been back and forth with a Marriott Internet Correspondence Specialist about the total number of SPG Platinum years in my account to qualify for LPPE. Multiple times I have attached a screenshot to my email from my SPG app Lifetime Status page showing my new SPG number and, most importantly, more than the requisite number of nights (750) and years (10) to qualify for LPPE.

Then I received different, but similar responses that I do not qualify. This is an example:

Your Starwood account has met the following requirements:
Two million points- NO
10 years- THIS IS NOT AVALIABLE
750 nights- YES

SPG telephone Customer Service confirms the app nights/years information is correct, and so I again email the Marriott Internet Correspondence Specialist with the account screenshot. This is another example of the response: "With the information on hand you have not met the requirements with your SPG account."

Ugh!

The back and forth seems to be an endless loop -- the Marriott representative tells me I do not have sufficient SPG Platinum nights to qualify for LPPE, I provide proof that I do, the Marriott representative tells me I do not have sufficient Platinum nights to qualify for LPPE, I provide proof that I do....

I certainly do not know how to fix this glitch.

Any suggestions or recommendations will be appreciated.
