Yes, ran into the same issue trying to book a one way from DEL-LHR with Finnair. Taxes for 5 pax turned out to be $2,700 CAD. A return from LHR-DEL-LHR had taxes of $700 for 5 pax, so there’s definately a high tax applied if departing India
