I wonder if BA will retain enough passengers for the flight to remain viable once the switch to the red-eye slots start in November? I recall BA carried a fair amount of cargo on LHR-CAI - does anyone know if this is still the case? Maybe this will save it?
Apart from a few one-ways LHR-CAI I haven't flown BA on this route since the bizarre BA-only laptop rules came in. I either fly MS direct or A3 via ATH now. Having seen the BA laptop rule was reversed I was considering BA again but with the new flight times I can't imagine many people will opt to use BA?!
