Via chat and secure form, I've had multiple reps tell me they couldn't process the payment but then the payment did process when reviewing afterwards (both on credit side freeing up limit and debit side reducing balance). Has anyone else experienced this? I get address verification error a lot too and have figured out how to overcome that, but this is a new one
There are certain limits to how many debit payments can be made to/from various cards and situations where a lot of quickly arriving/purchased cards being used could cause issues. Would love to hear other people's experiences with chat reps executing things poorly and how to mitigate it..
