I’m glad I found this thread, as I was getting nervous. My Nexus expires late next month. I submitted my renewal in late July, and it’s still showing as pending. However, knowing that there’s a six-month grace period if you’ve already applied for renewal takes some of the stress away.

I never received any kind of heads-up email saying my Nexus was expiring, even though I have received other Nexus-related emails in the past. My boss says he did get an email telling him to renew, and did so earlier this year. Is there any consistency in why someone would or would not receive an email alert to renew?
