I would recommend the Chairman Group. It's a great restaurant for anyone who loves Cantonese food. The executive lunch menu is a steal at that price. The Cherry Tomatoes is a must try as well as their Pork Belly. The almond tea there is the best of any restaurant I've tried in Hong Kong.
Why wouldn't you want restaurants located in a hotel? Otherwise, I'd recommend Yan Toh Heen. Their signature dimsums are really great (the lobster trio is really worth trying), the soups are always really good and their oyster sauce is one of the best of any restaurant in HK so it's perfect with the abalone. The only real disappointment is that some of the more common dim sums (har gao, siu mai) are well executed but not great (not enough bamboo shoots in the har gao).
