It's likely because your Hertz profile is set to add one or more options like insurance, GPS, satellite radio, etc. Feel free to PM us your reservation details along with your Hertz Gold member number and we can see if we can figure out what's going on.
Regardless, you should be able to stop at the counter when you arrive and have them associate your member number with the rental at that time and use UC.
