Quite right as well - if it becomes an "official" policy, then 600 is no longer the threshold at all. It's really 580 in every sense. - and then what happens when someone gets 575.
If anyone wants to be
certain of getting/retaining status, then the
only way of being certain - is to reach the official threshold.
