Hoping somebody can help

took United 1001 from DEN to SFO on 9/10/2018
was forced to check my bag at the gate because they ran out of overhead space
my bag never showed up on the other end, but United swears it scanned as being unloaded off the plane and again onto the belt at SFO
theres a chance it could have been stolen, but I was there when all the bags came out
im trying to see if maybe the tag got disconnected and my bag rode with this airplane to its next destination?

long story short, can somebody help me find out where this plane went to next???
