Hello! I'm an international renter. I have made a booking with Autoslash on Hertz which got me about $413 for a 2 week midsize/intermediate rental from SFO to PHX, one-way.

I'm a Hertz PC member and am looking to use UC when I arrive. However, whenever I try to enter my Hertz member number, Priceline tells me the price has gone up and quotes me about $800+ instead.

I removed my Hertz member number, and was able to book the car at the original rate.

Can I check if I'll be able to use UC and be entitled to my benefit to pick a vehicle off the PC area with a Priceline/Autoslash booking?
