I'm not saying those lounges are perfect, and they're nothing like INTL long-houl lounges, but I guess overcrowding is less of an issue if you reserve your lounges for premium and status pax instead of anyone who can show a day pass, membership or just a certain credit card.

On the subject of imperfections, note that LH style F seats can easily be found on UAX as well, in the end it all balances (or balanced) out pretty much.
