If 40K is OW in O, that is a great deal, even less than HA HNL-PPT (short 4h flight but a whopping 47.5K OW in J).

I would suspect 40K is X price, 60K is O price. But only way to know for sure is to pull it up online (if it shows) or if not then ask in what class it is.
