Update for anyone interested:

I reached out to the GM of the hotel via email. 48 hours has passed and there has been no response at all. I plan to elevate from there. I don't have a problem naming the hotel: Hilton Fort Collins but I don't think the specifics of what was wrong with the stay is applicable to this thread. It was just a very poor showing from a Hilton.
