Apparently the KBP-DEL leg was also cancelled that day. Not sure what the issue is -- they offered to rebook me for the next day, but that gets me to Delhi a day late. So, I cancelled and they'll issue a full refund. Thank you for your help. Maybe I'll get to try out UIA some other time!
(I also found their US number on the website -- earlier I'd looked on the booking email and called Ukraine directly!)
Sorry to hear that you had to cancel. I think the issue is that they don't have enough aircraft. They were supposed to have received more of B777s but encountered a delay. UIA just wetleased an A330 to operate some of the flights. Apparently DEL is operated by a B738 sometimes with a refueling stop, so maybe you it's a good thing you canceled.
