Howdy all -- anyone have any experience with Ukraine International (UIA)? I made a o/w biz. booking JFK-KBP-DEL for early Nov a while back. This morning I got an email from flyuia that the JFK-BSP leg was cancelled and I should contact the issuing office for a refund. After several minutes on a Skype call to their office in Ukraine, the agent said that there was no indication that the flight was cancelled. Checkmytrip also shows the booking as confirmed.

I've not yet cancelled the booking ... but needless to say am a bit nervous. I've never flown them before. It was a great one/way fare, and online reviews were fairly decent. Thoughts or tips?
