My experience is that priority boarding IS enforced at OSL and at domestic destinations in Norway, but the problem is that if one arrives a bit late for priority boarding, i.e. after general boarding has started, one has to wait to board last.
Nah, the gate agents simply leave no time for elites and plus to board before starting general boarding.
SAS should have a two-line system, with priority boarding possible also after opening general boarding,
