I was a little apprehensive about the new boarding procedure so I totally liced the gate on my SFO-SEA flight today. Ordinarily I would stand discreetly off to the side but today I waited pretty close to the scanner. A little line formed behind me before preboarding. The GA did a good job pausing between preboard groups and I ended up being the only GS to preboard.

While checking in I had a short conversation with the GS agent in the SFO GS reception. I told her I was a little worried about the new boarding procedure and she said to come directly back to her if anything didn’t work and she would escalate it up since “GS need be taken care of” 🙂
