Well, that is half true. There are plenty of agents that will bend the rules in the pursuit of a happy customer. There are agents that while they may not manage to get you what you need, put in some effort to at least try to get it done. Lastly there are some agents that answer the phone in a bad mood, and you know that no matter what you are asking for, legal or illegal, by the rules or not, they are going to out of their way to impede your path.
