Currently, our system is hardcoded to look for the same vehicle class "or better" (which often means "larger"). It sounds like you requested a small SUV but got a quote for a Fullsize SUV. If so, PM us the email you used for the request (or your inquiry number from the bottom of the email you received) and we'll see what we can do to restrict it manually to the size/type you want.

Just so we're clear, you're asking to be able to submit the same request for multiple vehicle types? That's something we're looking at as a future enhancement, but it will take some back-end changes to support so not sure when we might have that rolled out.

We're working on user profile (logins) support which will allow this. It's a big project for us, and there are a few other significant infrastructure projects behind it, but it's coming, so stay tuned.
