Whether lack of air conditioning is important depends upon one's "normal" environment. Where I live (South Florida), I run the air conditioning 11 months of the year. But, I run it at 78 degrees. For me, I'd probably have no problem sleeping without A/C given the "Feels Like" temperature shown in the graph.
But, if you're a person that is used to 72 degrees (or under) inside, you'll likely have major issues in this situation. For the record, there is nothing wrong with that...and there's nothing wrong with going to the hotel management and politely insisting for assistance in finding alternative lodging that has working air conditioning.
