My Dad is trying to use is Avios points to buy me a hotel for an up and coming trip for my birthday, as he will never use these points now as is he too old to travel. I am part of the friends and family account. However when we get to the checkout and put in my details along with my husband who is also on the friends and family account it says that the names to not match the household account??? Is there a way around this? I thought that the Avios points could be used for friends & family?
