A/C is out in entire building - How would you handle?

All,

Seeking some quick advice from the group... I cashed in my last TP 7-night cert for the MVC Ko Olina and I'm currently into the 2nd night of the stay. If it matters, I added an 8th night to the stay as well as upgrade certs for a 1 bedroom villa. Last night on arrival, everything was great with the room. This morning, I awoke to a warm-ish room and on checking the A/C found it was not putting out cold air. I called the front desk to ask them to look into it and was told the chiller for the entire building had gone out. After spending the entire day out I came back to a very warm room. On calling again to inquire about the status of the repair, I was cutoff by a very rude agent - "We're working on it! Calling is not going to make it get fixed any faster." I just hung up before saying anything I'd regret. After dinner this evening, we returned to find the following note on the door:

This note leaves me even more concerned because it seems there is no estimate of when the repair will be made. I have only left hotels prior to my scheduled check-out on 3 occasions, but all 3 times were because they could not provide a room that could get to an acceptable temperature. I am very warm-natured and I simply can't take the heat when I'm trying to sleep. Any suggestions of how to proceed?
