Etihad is dine on demand in J. They serve you when you want, not from the front or back.
Crew tend to be better towards the middle of the cabin. The crew up front get to occupied with the lounge guests and also help out with F when needed. The crew at the back tend to be sloppy, and often less senior to the ones posted at the front of the cabin. So best bet is somewhere in. the middle of the cabin.
