There's actually no reason why the $8000 passenger can't be the 15th (instead of 115th) to board in your scenario. He doesn't have to stand at the back of BG1.
I was in LH F a few months ago from BKK-FRA-BOS and, because LH staff wouldn't let me go through B-gate security to get the the international F-lounge (supposedly because my departure was from a Z-gate), I had to get in the normal queues at the gate. I asked the staff at the gate where the F-class boarding queue was and they said they had none (this after they contacted multiple people on their walkies). I had to join a queue with at least 100 people in it.

Needless to say, I am not impressed by LH's boarding procedures.
