My biggest complaint about Marriott's whole guarantee is that they do not provide explicit instructions for filing a claim. Thank you for the update, and hopefully they fix the issue at Cosmopolitan! The whole ridiculousness of the situation is further compounded by the fact that they do offer free breakfast for FHR and Virtuouso, so it isn't like they don't have procedures in place.
