I am curious too. In order to apply a checking account, the website asks you to choose a state and it needs to be one of those states that CNB is located. But is that a really requirement? what happens if you apply their checking account while you are not living in one of those states?
You don't have to open a checking account in order to apply to a card. At least that is what they told me.
