Agreed the LHR AC/SAS facility is very nice. Particularly the Singha Beer!!
If you are in a gate out past 30, and you are really bagged, or have a ton of duty free, call the concierge and they'll arrange a golf cart ride. Most times I just allow myself a few extra minutes, particularly when we are using gate 40, but on occasion< i have taken the ride.
