Guess uses franchising model for their business, as such I guess local managers can do whatever they want and the corporate is not a boss of them.

The problem is MileagePlus X “Nearby Stores” feature incorrectly listed the store as participating, when it was not.

I have no grounds to complain to Guess; they did not take my money, MPX did.

But thank you for your suggestion; I understand where it is coming from.
