Nope. It’s not. AS doesn’t offer Australia-India awards from QF or EK. You could pair up a CX award BNE-HKG (not bookable online) with a second award (CX or JL) to DEL.

AS doesn’t do a ton of awards that go entirely outside the USA. They aren’t in an alliance and each award chart for each partner gets separately negotiated. A number of partners don't allow the sort of AS awards (DEL-BNE) that would be normal on EK, QF, AA, BA, etc. AS does allow CX awards Australia-HKG, but the award breaks at HKG (DEL is a second award).
