Did you request the Elite Benefits Guarantee Compensation? It's pretty clear the $10 is per person up to 2 - if they don't know, that's a pretty awful training miss, and 1 does not equal 2, meaning they did not meet their guarantee and owe the comp.
Well, I thought it was resolved. Received folio for two night stay and all $32.00 worth of pantry rubbish was included. Called and front desk agent insisted it is $10 limit per day per room. Put on hold eight minutes and agent said GM the customer is correct. Still waiting (four hours) to see a corrected folio. Gotta believe management is resisting. They really should be handing out the proper redemption cards at check-in. Their system is designed to resist change.
