I'm a UA Gold, WN CP and A-lister, and in 2019 will have MVP + WN CP/A + UA Silver; formerly had MVP Gold due to an oops.

My UA Gold status really does not mean anything; the only benefit beyond that provided by my credit card is E+ seating at booking.

WN remains awesome for pretty much everything, aside from their fear of water and international. Wish I could send them more business.

AS really takes care of the rest. As a San Franciscan it is hard to see them slowly dismantle the former VX hub, but also get that the lack of a lounge, quirky credit card strategy, and infrequent flights make it really hard to be a customer.

We will see how I feel in a year.
