As 24left pointed out, OP needs 21 eupg plus a $750 add on and its not guaranteed as it depends on load and a P25 will be much lower down the upg list if not the lowest. OP - better save your money and book economy flex or PE lowest and you may get the opportunity for a bid upg or a LMU. That may be cheaper and possibly a better chance of an upg.
